Main tasks
strategic and operational development of business unit with 500 employees/ approx. € 100 m turnover generated within 20 operating companies throughout the globe; coaching of local management; business development of all sales activities globally
Profile
University degree in mechanical/ process/ electrical or industrial engineering or an equivalent degree; additional degree in business administration or MBA is welcome; several years of professional experience as Business Unit Head/ Division Head
in a medium-sized company and/ or as Managing Director of a daughter company of a large group; industry knowledge of railways, traffic engineering, track and switch construction, automotive engineering (breaks, batteries etc.) and/ or related service industry, international experience needed; profit/loss responsibility; leadership skills; fluency in German/English.
