legal guidance to local executive staff; legal advisor; clearing draft contractual documents required for call to tender and underlying assumptions; creating and reviewing legal risk memorandum within PPP/concessions projects; providing leadership to legal team
Profile
Master degree in Law (Volljurist), PhD welcome; several years practice experience either on corporate or consultative level; proven understanding of national and international PPP/project finance; strong legal know-how in electronic toll collection; client focus; result-driven; very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills; self-motivated; leadership skills; fluency in German and English is a must, knowledgement of French language welcome
