University degree in business administration or economics or law or the like; several years of professional experience in HR, with special focus on employer branding, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR development; strong leadership skills; proven experience in remote management as well as change management; change agent; industry knowledge (construction) welcome; fluency in English an additional plus
