Main tasks
- Supporting sales in technical integration of new and existing sales partners to the booking systems/CRS
- Responsibility for technical support and further conceptual development of essential travel systems/CRS including travel-chat-bot
- Responsibility for technical presentation of travel insurance products as basis for sales support
- Responsibility for the optimisation and automation of travel insurance processes
- Creation of weekly statistics for sales management
- Support travel and/or cross-company projects in a variety of roles (head of project, project manager, project staff)
- Leading and developing the team
Profile
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, informatics or the like
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned subject areas
- Proven experience in change management
- Proven experience in project management with corresponding interface management is required
- Very good IT knowledge, as well as knowledge of essential travel systems is required
- Leadership skills are required
- Industry knowledge of the travel market and its major IT systems is required
- Very good communicator with empathy; doer; change agent, fluency in German and English; willingness to travel nationally & internationally.
