Main tasks

Leading development of client’s portfolio and activation plans in both markets and in collaboration with Marketing & Commercial team; Acts a driving force to ensure deployment of agreed plans and initiatives and provides timely measure of deliverables; Identifies trends in the category and transforms them into business opportunities of further build client’s leading profile in the market; Sustainable portfolio development as well as space and range concepts are at the heart of this; Derives convincing shopper and category insights and brings them to life


University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics or the like; several years of professional and proven experience in Trade Marketing/Category Management within an international FMCG Food company; KAM experience is a strong benefit; strong conceptual capabilities commercial thinking and solid financial acumen; analytical skills, high negotiation and communication skills; proven leadership skills; proven change agent; doer, hands-on mentality; IT literate; fluency in German and English a must
