Main tasks

Professional and independent personnel support of a circle of supervisors in all HR relevant topics from the beginning to the end of the employment; set-up, further development, and implementation of the successful personnel marketing strategy (employer attractiveness, employer branding, recruiting…); active member of the HR department; project management, change management; team player.


University degree in business administration, qualified in HR or related discipline; HR professional preferably in FMCG with first experience as HR Generalist with focus in HR recruiting/marketing and with strong exposure to all HR domains; proven track record in key HR areas: C&B; workforce planning, people development, talent acquisition and engagement, Ability and comfort to contribute both strategically and operationally; ideally previous experience with organizational transformation and change management; corporate entrepreneur; maturity and ability to influence senior leadership combined with excellent communication and project management skills, good leadership skills; proven local network; good relationship skills; team spirit; given IT knowledge (SAP S/4 HANA, success factors); fluency in German and English.
