Profile

degree (university, business school) in civil engineering, construction management and/or industrial engineering; several years of professional experience as head of department, group or technical /director, division head or manager of a branch in infrastructure industry/civil engineering, ideally special civil engineering/geotechnical; bridges/locks/leadership experience; good network in the relevant industry and region; customer and goal orientation; high level of self-motivation; good presentation and communication skills; empathy; strong negotiation skills; fluent German; English welcome
