Main tasks

Developing and implementing a financial strategy for the corporate group in consultation with the shareholders. Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive financial management system to ensure the financial stability and independence of the corporate group. Representing the group in dealings with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and government agencies. Ensuring effective cooperation and communication within the Group’s finance organization

Profile

Successful completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics with a focus on finance or a related field; several years of professional experience in finance – both strategic and operational, nationally and internationally – in a medium-sized business environment and/or the corporate environment of a branded goods manufacturer within the FMCG segment – food or non-food; proven experience in transformation; digitalization; advocate (m/f/d) of the modern business partnering model

Leadership experience; experience in project management with corresponding interface management; experienced networker (m/f/d) with proven relationship management skills; IT knowledge, ideally SAP HANA S4; strong communicator (m/f/d); Entrepreneurial mindset and approach; innovator (m/f/d); change agent, diplomacy, and persuasiveness; commitment & strong execution skills; fluent in German and English
