Profile

Degree (university, business school) in civil engineering, construction management and/or industrial engineering; several years of professional experience as head of department, group or technical /director, manager or manager of a branch in infrastructure industry/civil engineering, ideally road construction; leadership experience; good network in the relevant industry; customer and goal orientation; high level of self-motivation; good presentation and communication skills; empathy; strong negotiation skills; fluent German; English welcome
