Main tasks

Definition and implementation of the strategic positioning, expansion and further development of the store system as part of the omnichannel strategy with a special focus on the German market in close coordination with parent company; continuation and implementation of company-wide transformation process; further development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy; definition and implementation of a customised product range development; category management; P&L responsibility; representation of the company in the relevant set; management and further development of the assigned employees

Profile

Successful completion of a degree in economics or business administration or a comparable degree; several years of successful management experience in a comparable position (C-level) in stationary retail (food and/or non-food) or at a branded goods company in the FMCG sector, ideally in the food industry; ideally proven experience in the food industry; proven experience in the strategic and operational management of sales organisations; sound project and change management experience; very good communicator; coach, moderator, driver; transformer; fluent in German and English
