Main tasks

Reorientation and optimisation, modernisation of the organisation; definition and implementation of the acquisition strategy; expansion of the existing project and service business; planning and control of the realisation of sales and profit targets/ P&L responsibility; integration into parent company as well as establishment and expansion of internal cooperation; representation at trade fairs and events; leadership and further development of employees



BA or Master Degree in technical engineering with focus on electrical engineering or similar; several years of professional experience in electrical engineering/installation technology/TGA both operationally and strategically; high level of technical expertise incl. switchgear construction (GLT, MSR) combined with good commercial knowledge and skills; knowledge of the local market with proven network; experienced in project management; risk management; strategic, innovative thinking; entrepreneurial thinking and acting; ideally C-level experience, leading a BU,  subsidiary, division or similar; good negotiation  and communication skills; business fluent German and English.
