Main tasks

Further strategic and operational development and expansion of the company, definition and implementation of growth strategy organically and inorganically; holistic approach (including all competencies) of the product Vacation & Leisure (incl. mobility, experiences, branding cooperation…) Optimization of the value chain/digital processes, assumption of operational responsibility; promotion of innovation culture; application of participative management approach; leadership and further development of employees


Successfully completed studies in business administration (preferably with a focus on tourism/hospitality), economics, law or similar; several years of professional experience in the vacation tourism/hospitality/real estate industry or management consulting (with a focus on travel, tourism, leisure) both operationally and strategically in e.g. divisional management and/or management of larger companies. e.g. divisional management and/or management of larger or medium-sized companies/ C-Level profile; strong strategic mindset; P&L responsibility is required; proven management experience; sense of prioritization; negotiating skills, excellent communication skills, also on an international level; confident appearance; moderation skills; very good command of English & German language.
