Main tasks

Definition and implementation of growth strategy; optimization of value chain of digital processes, smart building, BIM, digitalization of operative services with regard to efficiency, customer orientation and service quality; planning and control of realization of sales and profit targets; development and assurance of sustainable building operation according to GEFMA 160 guideline; promotion of innovation culture; leadership and development of employees.

Profile

Successfully completed studies in the area of facility management, civil engineering, building services engineering, supply engineering or TGA or similar; long-lasting professional experience in facility management both operationally and strategically in e.g. divisional management and/or C-level experience  of both – larger or medium-sized companies -; insights of and proven network in the building services market, knowledge of current trends etc. proven leadership skills; pragmatism; hands-on mentality; sense of prioritization; negotiation skills, excellent communication skills; confident appearance and moderation skills; very good knowledge of German and English.
