Definition and continuation of growth strategy; optimization of value chain of digital processes, smart building, BIM, digitalization of operative services with regard to efficiency, customer orientation and service quality; planning and control of the realization of sales and earnings targets; ensuring taxonomy capability as well as sustainability of projects; promotion of innovation culture; market observation; technology trends; leadership and further development of employees.


Successfully completed studies as an architect, civil engineer or industrial engineer or similar; relevant professional experience in handling larger, more complex projects at divisional and/or C- level in larger or medium-sized companies; knowledge of the market for planning and construction services, current market requirements, trends, etc.; proven leadership experience; knowledge of project and process management; entrepreneurial thinking and acting; high service mentality and organizational skills; pragmatism; hands-on mentality; sense of prioritization; negotiation skills, excellent communication skills; confident appearance and moderation skills; very good command of German and English.
