implementation of modern HR tools within a blue & white collar environment; 2 sites; coaching and training of all executives concerning modern HR tools; special focus on employer branding, recruiting; training & development, talent acquisition; change management, project & remote management ; leadership of the HR team


university degree in business administration or economics or law or the like; several years of professional experience in HR within production industry, with special focus on employer branding, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR development; strong leadership skills; proven experience in remote management as well as change management; industry knowledge (printing) welcome; fluency in  German a must, English an additional plus
