Main tasks

Contribute to strategic, financial, operational business decisions and provides advice and council to the leadership team in both markets; as active part of leadership team acts as strategic partner leads and enables a people ecosystem – delivering value at every touchpoint of employee life circle; HR strategy & execution; people and organisation development; Business Partnership

Profil

University degree in business administration, qualified in HR or related discipline; well-rounded HR professional, preferably in FMCG and with strong exposure to all HR domains; proven track record in key HR areas: C&B; workforce planning, people development, talent acquisition and engagement, ability and comfort to contribute both strategically and operationally; ideally previous experience with organisational transformation and change management; corporate entrepeneur; maturity and ability to influence senior leadership combined with excellent communication and project management skills, good leadership skills; proven local network; good relationship skills; team spirit; given IT knowledge (SAP S/4 HANA, Success factors); fluency in German and English
