Profile

University degree in mechanical or plant engineering; Industrial engineering or similar or related field of study; additional business management qualification desired; several years of professional experience in a medium-sized environment and/or group/corporate environment of a mechanical engineering/plant construction company (manufacturing company) or special machine construction; Proven experience in the overall management of a comparable organisation (Division, BU, subsidiary, national company, etc.) with the departments like Research & Development/Production/Technology, Service, Sales, Finance/IT, Human Resources;

Proven overall management experience; Project management skills with corresponding interface management; IT/SAP-R/3 knowledge required; entrepreneur; strategic & operational strengths; analytical skills, high negotiation, and communication skills; proven leadership skills; proven change agent; integration figure; high level of initiative; self-motivation; energy level; fluent knowledge of German and English language; willingness to travel – internationally.
