Main tasks
Further development, operationalization and implementation of the IFM strategy; planning and controlling the realization of revenue and profit targets in the IFM business; providing specialist expertise in the IFM business/contract and settlement models; representation at trade fairs and events;
Expanding and ensuring the Germany-wide operationalization of the KAM strategy; securing complex KAM projects; managing cross-regional KAMs; systematically developing cross-regional KAMs with a focus on cross-selling, renegotiation, and contract renewal
Profile
University degree in economic/business studies with a technical focus, e.g. facility management; industrial engineering studies or similar; many years of professional experience in facility management, both operationally and strategically; high level of technical expertise in the management of complex IFM and KAM assignments with different contract models; risk management; strategic, innovative thinking; ability to master complexity; several years of experience in service provision, budgeting, personnel management and controlling; negotiating skills, excellent communication skills; confident appearance and moderation skills; business fluent in German and English.
