Responsibility for all aspects of Human Resource Management for approx. 170 employees in 12 outlets.
Profile
University degree in Business Administration (with focus on Human Resource or/and Organisation) or in Psychology/ Sociology; several years of professional experience in Human Resource of service/retail companies with outlet structure; proven experience in and knowledge of all aspects of Human Resource Management and good expertise in personnel administration, support, controlling, recruiting, development, policies, and labour and contract law compliance; service-orientated team player with a high level of self-motivation and drive; prepared to travel; proven sales orientation; fluency in German/ English.
