Main tasks

Further development and implementation of the global Employer Attractiveness/ Employer Branding strategy, including target group-specific HR marketing measures deriving from it; Bringing the employer brand promise to life by establishing and further developing analogue and digital communication channels; Responsibility for digitisation and professionalisation of the employer brand based on the marketing funnel for lead generation for recruiting (system landscape, development of monitoring through KPIs, CRM, etc.); Close cooperation and technical leadership of the recruiting team in the global SSC; Interface management with corporate communications and global marketing; Leadership and further development of the assigned employees (m/f/d)

 

Profile

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, economics or the like with special focus on Human Resources; several years of professional experience in the field of human resources in a medium-sized environment and/or in the corporate/ group environment of a branded company (preferably production) in the FMCG segment – food and/or non-food; proven experience in the field of employer branding, employer marketing, leadership experience; experience in project management with corresponding interface management; experienced networker (m/f/d); experience in project management with corresponding interface management; experienced networker (m/f/d) and proven relationship management skills; knowledge in coaching; IT literate; SAP HANA S4 knowledge; good communicator; entrepreneurial thinking and acting; change agent, diplomacy and persuasiveness; commitment & implementation strengths; fluency in German and English a must
