Main tasks
Planning and development of regional business, including budget planning, to implement the Germany-wide corporate strategy; Management and control of the regional business and regional service delivery to achieve sales and profit targets/ P&L responsibility; Performance management in the region by ensuring close cooperation between regional teams, IFM, sales, commercial and HR; Business Development to win new regional clients/hunting; Development of new customer relationships and regional representation at trade fairs and events/increase of regional presence in relevant set; Further development of regional business through systematic cross-selling across all service/business lines; Management and further development of employees
Profile
University degree in economic/business studies with a technical focus, e.g. facility management; industrial engineering studies or similar; several years of professional experience in facility management, both operationally and strategically; high level of technical expertise in the management of complex IFM and KAM assignments with different contract models; risk management; strategic, innovative thinking; ability to master complexity; several years of experience in service delivery, budgeting, personnel management and controlling; negotiating skills, excellent communication and moderation skills; business fluent in German and English.
