University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics or the like ideally with special focus on HR; several years of professional and proven experience in compensation and benefits within an international service company; analytical skills, high negotiation and communication skills; change agent; proven leadership skills; hands-on mentality; IT literate; fluency in German & English
